Hi, I am Alisha and I am a butisattva. I’m sure you’re asking, “what is that?”  Well, let me tell you…It all starts with a commitment to self-love.  To transform your body in a sustainable way you must love yourself right now.  This practice helps you connect with a WILD+PRIMAL aspect of yourself. You are worthy of LOVE right now! 

Kickboxing, oh kickboxing, is also a love of mine. It gives me another form of release and strength. There’s nothing like punching and hitting a bag!  What a rush!

 Both workouts have helped me through my fitness journey. I was feeling tired all the time, didn’t love what I saw in the mirror and on my 39th birthday I woke up ready to start my fitness journey. I was committed and by the time I turned 40 I was in the best shape of my life and down 50 lbs. Fitness and health is a journey, an ongoing commitment.

On a personal note, I love family time, and being outdoors, especially at my cabin. I have a husband of 22 years, 2 beautiful daughters and 2 dogs!  I also love sound baths, Esthetics (I’m an esthetician instructor), the lake, camping and riding my side by side!  So excited to be a part of the TKO team!
