We have 14 standing bags.
We have classes 7 days a week so the amount of classes you take is based on your own personal schedule and goals. We suggest 3 times per week to see great results. We do have members that’ come once a week or 3-7 days a week.
Our class is not a “follow the leader/punch the air” cardio class. It is a well-balanced workout consisting of cardio training and resistance training to help you burn fat and tone muscle in a short amount of time.
Not at all, we have sparring classes, buti yoga classes and personal training sessions as well as open gym.
Absolutely. We welcome everyone to all classes There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advanced students are always eager to help you learn along the way. . just go at your own pace. If you need more assistance our instructors walk around and give that assistance to help you get better.
Class is a full hour long.
12 is the youngest and parents or guardians only need to come and stay the first class to make sure they can handle it.
Yes we believe nutrition plays a key point in your progress and overall health.
A common misunderstanding is that you need to be ‘in shape’ before starting kickboxing training. This is completely false. Our classes are designed to allow our members to train ‘at their own pace.
